Jongno-gu. One day, four-year-old Astier receives her father's death notice. Her father, who always spoke strangely, claimed to be from the Talochium Empire and that Astier's hometown was there too. He promised to return and make her laugh in a grander home, but instead, he left her. While searching through his belongings, she discovers a mysterious creature. The creature offers Astier a chance to return to her birthplace, where her father is alive. She seizes the opportunity, hoping for a bright future. However, upon arriving in this other world and reuniting with her past father, she finds him strangely different. He's a high-ranking mercenary leader, battling monsters daily, and seemingly hiding a significant secret. Astier soon discovers that her father, a supposed holy knight, is embroiled in dangerous conflicts and concealing a much larger truth.
